Vine and Wine on debate in Douro Valley.

Take a Walk on the Wine Side | Infowineforum powered by VINIDEAs

On 19 and 20 April, the biannual Infowineforum congress will bring to the city of Peso da Régua a broad debate on vines and wine and a new world around them, through up-to-date presentations for a presential and via streaming audience that spans 40 countries.

Technical-scientific knowledge is complemented in this edition by topics such as neuroscience applied to wine, aromatic science, markets and the humanisation of the sector.

The programme for the 9th edition 2023 features 38 speakers, from various countries, distributed over four seminars, two round tables and fourteen module-conferences, organised by the sector's companies.

Neuroscientist Charles Spence, the creator of the aromatic science of "molecular harmonies" François Chartier, market specialist José Carlos Costa and the creator of HumanWineTy Bento Amaral are four of the many knowledge references at this congress, which since 2008 has brought the state of the art to the sector and its players.

The 9th edition is included in the celebration of the Douro as the "European Wine City", bringing together professionals, academics and oenophiles from all over the world at the Auditório Municipal da Régua (AUDIR).

The organization has prepared this sharing for two days in person and with online broadcasting to 40 countries.
